About Nick Dow.....
I am originally from Ellesmere Port in Cheshire, read Marine Biology and Physical Oceanography at Bangor University, North Wales (I was the one who looked like a Cowboy). I have worked predominately in the Oil Industry after a stint at the Sea Life Centre in Brighton.
I met my wife, Rhonda on the internet, we started chatting and after a week of internet conversation via Friends Re-United we eventually met up in Windsor. The next day Rhonda went to the docs with a pain in her side (no not me!!), I told her it sounded like appendicitus, luckily she believed me as the doctor didn't. She persevered and had her appendix removed the next day!!
We are each others Soul Mates, I was very lucky and was able to move offices and I moved to Essex to be with Rhonda, a move for me of 250 miles.
We got married and little Jack came along and we decided that Essex and the life in the fast lane wasn't for us so we moved to Cornwall, Rhonda is originally from Helston. After leaving my job we had a week to pack and I recieved a call from GMTV asking us to go in to talk to Lorraine Kelly about internet dating, unfortunately it was the day we were moving to Cornwall.
We have been living in Cornwall, near to the hilly town of Helston with Rhonda, Jack (now 3½) and Katie our 1 year old daughter for over 2½ years.
It is the perfect place to bring children up in, friendly people, good clean sea air and fantastic scenery and plenty of wildlife.
I have been photographing Sunsets/Sunrises, Scenery and Wildlife for over 20 years, purely as a very enjoyable hobby.
I started making Cards about 4 years ago for family and friends and decided to try to market them.
I am now making Gem Stone, Crystal, Shell and Precious Metal Clay Jewellery.
Both myself and Rhonda are now Reiki Masters having both been attuned through level I, II and III.
We both are members of the UK Reiki Federation.
It has been a spiritual journey that we have been treading together and it gets better the more we wander down the path of life.....
